Bustin' a Move!

Yesterday was a cardio work out day. But, hubby and I had conflicting schedules, so I needed to do something that included the short people in my work out.

I plunked them in the double stroller and took off down the road.

We were gone for an hour: jogging, sprinting (amidst loud cheers and laughter!), some walking, and a small break to climb some rocks that were just too irrestible!

It’s a good work out, when I push the kids in the stroller (or pull them in the trailer behind the bike). It naturally combines cardio with intense resistance… two bodies extra makes a BIG difference!
