I’m still logging my daily exercise routines over on Facebook with the intent of helping you with ideas, or motivation, or understanding how to do a higher intensity full body work out (what current science supports as the most effective type of work out for fat burning, building lean muscle, weight loss, etc.), or so you can see that it doesn’t take “forever” to do these work outs….
