“I feel so relaxed and peaceful when I wake up and find something to be grateful for!”
“I love going to bed earlier – I feel so much better in the morning!”

I understand exactly what you are talking about. I think that mindset is the number one thing that controls everything in our lives. It controls how we see things and also our ability to change them.
